You get a reply from a person
Within one business day, from a named member of staff rather than an automated acknowledgement. If we are at capacity we tell you in that first reply rather than leaving you waiting.
A short call, at a time you choose
Fifteen or twenty minutes to understand the situation and answer your questions. No sales pitch. If another provider is the better fit we will say so and point you at them.
A visit or a planning meeting
Either you come and see the space, or we sit down with the individual and the people who know them best. The person being supported is present and leading, not discussed in the third person.
A written plan you can read
Plain language, agreed by the individual, shared with your supports coordinator. Nothing starts until everyone has seen it.

124 Mayfield Drive, Coatesville, PA 19320. Visits are by appointment so somebody is always there to meet you.
Office hours
Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 17:00. Friday until 15:00. Respite and in-home supports run well outside these hours.
Out of hours
Leave a message on 484-378-2277 and we return the call the next working day. Families already using our services have a direct number.

Finding us
Coatesville sits on the western side of Chester County, roughly forty minutes from West Chester and an hour from Philadelphia depending on traffic on the 30 bypass.
Tell us in advance if anyone visiting has mobility, sensory or communication needs and we will plan the visit around them, including a quieter time of day if that helps.
